  We conduct regular property inspections, including move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections throughout the lease term. The frequency of inspections can be customized to your preferences. 

   We offer convenient online payment options for tenants as well as in person payments at local authorized payment centers such as Walgreens and CVS. Rent is collected electronically and disbursed to owners via ACH payments directly to your account between the 10th and 12th of the month as long as scheduled rental payments have been made.

    We hold security deposits in a separate, escrow account, in compliance with North Carolina state laws.

   In the event of an eviction, we handle the entire process, including serving notices, filing legal paperwork, and representing you in court, in accordance with North Carolina landlord-tenant laws. 

   We provide detailed monthly and annual financial reports, including income statements, expense reports, and rent collection summaries. Owners can access these reports through our online owner portal.
